Mailing or Posting of Notice of Default (whichever is the latter date)

Mailing Period

Notice of Default: Thirty (30) days before Notice of Sale is recorded

 

Notice of Sale: Ninety (90) days prior to the date of Sale

Publication

Two (2) times with the 1st between the 28th and 35th day prior to the sale and the 2nd between the 7th and 14th day prior to the sale

Reinstatement

Eleven (11) days prior to the date of sale

Postponements

Unlimited but not to exceed 120 days from the original sale date

Miscellaneous

After exceeding the 120 day period, must do an amended Notice of Sale setting the sale date out no sooner than forty-five 45 days
